PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller unit in which a wire size of a high frequency transmission line is made as small as possible and emission noise radiated from the high frequency transmission line is reduced by improving a power factor of a high frequency electric current which flows in the high frequency transmission line, in the case of arranging a high frequency power source and a matching circuit estranged from an induction coil, and to provide fixing equipment and image formation equipment using the same. SOLUTION: The induction-heating roller unit consists of the induction coils 1A, 1B, and 1C, a hollow heating roller 2 which is supported so that it can be rotated while being heated by the induction coils by electromagnetically coupling with the induction coils, a power-factor improving means 3 which is connected with the induction coils 1A, 1B, and 1C, and arranged in a position close to the induction coils, the high frequency power source 4 arranged in the position estranged from the induction coils 1A, 1B, and 1C, the high frequency transmission line 5 by which the high frequency power source and the induction coils are connected, and the matching circuit 6 which intervenes between the high frequency power source 4 and the high frequency transmission line 5, and is arranged close to the high frequency power source 4.
