PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank case and its lubricating structure capable of securing a sufficient oil pressure for a lubricating oil without increasing the mechanical loss while the number of components remains a minimum, and of being achieved in a compacted construction. SOLUTION: A bulkhead 66 is formed to partition the inside space 33 of a crank case 21 into a front and a rear compartment, and part of the bulkhead is formed so as to overlap on any object to be lubricated 47 installed in the front chamber 33 when viewed on the side elevation, and shafts 45 and 57 to bear objects to be lubricated are located close to each other so that the rotational track 47P of the object 47 in the front compartment 33 and the rotational track 19P of another object to be lubricated 19 installed in the first chamber 56 formed outside of the crank case will overlap, while an opening 67 to open according to the manufacturing method when the bulkhead is to be formed is blocked with a separately provided partitioning member 68 so as to make different the level of the lubricating oil in the inside space 33 of the crank case from the level of the lubricating oil in the first chamber 56 outside the crank case.
