PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact card lock device which enables sure and simple locking/unlocking, facilitates the replacement of a code card, is easy to manage, safe and stout, and prevents the intrusion of rainwater. SOLUTION: An inner case (5) is provided in a fixed outer case (4) so as to be tunable and axially movable, and a card lock body having an operating body is mounted in the inner case (5). A key card (7) is inserted into the card lock body; the operating body of the card lock body is moved so that the inner case (5) can be made turnable; and the inner case (5) is turned to locking and unlocking positions with the card lock body, so that a dead bolt (8), which is coupled to the inner case (5), can be locked/unlocked. In addition, the key card (7) is inserted into the card lock body; the inner case (5) is made turnable, and made axially movable in a prescribed turning position; and a code card inserting opening, which is provided in the inner case (5), is moved from a closing position inside the outer case (4) to an emergence position outside the outer case (4), so that the code card (9) can be made replaceable.
