PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel construction material with many protrusions and recesses capable of decomposing/removing oil or the like adhering on the surface of a balcony panel and preventing the deterioration of a polyester resin as a base-material of a resin-made panel. SOLUTION: The panel construction material with many protrusions and recesses has the surface to which hydrophilic treatment is applied, a water-based antifouling agent is painted (second coated film layer), the water-based antifouling agent is a photocatalitic body of anatase-type titanium dioxide, and an intermediate layer (first coated film layer) is provided between the surface of the panel construction material applying the hydrophilic treatment thereto and the antifouling agent (second coated film layer). The intermediate layer (first coated film layer) is formed of amorphous titanium dioxide not having photocatalitic capability, and it may be a mixture with the amorphous titanium dioxide. The intermediate layer (first coated film layer) may contain a surface-active agent and/or a hydrophilic agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
