PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump gate which can be easily installed by simplifying its troublesome work on the construction site and also to realize a considerable reduction in the term of works. SOLUTION: The pump gate is equipped with a portal door stop 11, a cutoff gate door body 5 assembled to the door stop 11 by fitting both the end portions in the width direction in a watertight manner and a freely movable manner up and down, an opening and closing means 10 installed to the top 11A of the door stop for raising and descending the cutoff gate 5, and a drain pump 6 and a spindle 8 assembled together to the cutoff gate door body 5 in such a manner that the water passage can be formed between one water area 1A and the other water area 1B; and these are assembled together in a factory as a small, lightweight and single unit carriage type and are carried by a transportation means such as a truck from the factory to the job site for installation through an agricultural water channel having a small width.
