<p>The bath for cooling of milk is reliable, of simplified and frameless structure, and it preserves the original nutritive qualities of the milk, extending its bactericidal phase with a maximum cooling range from +10 to -20 degrees C. The bath comprises a cylindrical vessel (1) with double walls, forming the internal container (16) and lining (6), which sandwiches a smooth tubular evaporator (9). The tubes of evaporator (9) are fitted spirally on the bottom (23) and on the surrounding walls of the container (16) four symmetrically fitted wooden cantilevers (2) being mounted for maintaining the distance between the individual windings of the spiral. Above the evaporator (9) heat insulation (8) is fitted and on top of it the lining (6) is placed. To cover (17) a breaking arm (4) is mounted, which is fitted to the supporting frame (18), to which there is a spacer (19) for the adjustment of the degree of opening and retaining the cover (17) in open position. Above cover (17) , to the breaking arm (4) the following are fitted: electric motor (3), reducer (10), driving an agitator (7) , and the board containing the following: thermometer (13) electromechanical time relay (14) and a thermostat (12). The button for re switching the modes of the agitator (7) is both manual and automatic. To the cover (17), a probe (15) is also fitted for the sensors of thermometer (13) and thermostat (12). The cooling unit (20), the supporting frame and vessel (1) of the bath are mounted on a common plate (21). 1 claim, 5 figures</p> |
