The note pad, comprising a series of detachable sheets (2) with adhesive strips along one edge, has each sheet made with a fold line (3) parallel to one edge, forming a flap (4) with front and rear faces. The rear face of the flap has a pressure-sensitive and re-positionable adhesive strip (5), and the front face of the sheet has a second adhesive strip (6) parallel to the fold line. The adhesive of the second strip is less strong than that of the first strip.
