<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable optical characteristics from being impaired. <P>SOLUTION: An arranging member-joining surface 36A of an optical component 33 for light receiving and emitting and a forming material-joining surface 37A of an optical component 34 for beam processing are joined by means of an adhesive 35 and projecting parts 37D and 37E disposed at the joining surface 37A are inserted into holes 36C and 36D disposed at the joining surface 36A, thereby, such an external force as to slide and slip the joining surface 36A and the joining surface 37A is accepted by the holes 36C and 36D and projecting parts 37d and 37E engaging each other in spite of exertion of such external force and the optical component 33 and the optical component 34 are prevented from being misaligned relatively from each other.
