METHOD OF FORMING PULP MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp mold forming method that can easily and efficiently forming pulp-mold products having both of the low-density parts and the high- density parts. SOLUTION: The pulp mold-forming process can form pulp-mold formed product that has low-density parts 11 of a relatively low density and high-density parts 12 having a higher density than that of the low-density part 11. The pulp mold-forming process comprises the paper-making step where water-containing pulp fibers are accumulated in the paper-making mold to form an intermediate body 2 and the drying step where the intermediate body 2 is fitted to a drying mold 3 and dehydrated. In the drying step, the parts 21 in the intermediate body 2 to become a low density 11 are compressed with a low-pressure compression means 4, while the parts 22 in the intermediate body 2 to become a high density 12 are compressed with a high-pressure compression means 5 whereby the moisture in the intermediate body 2 is drained.
