PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera whereby other client can simply browse photographed image data and to provide an image transmission method. SOLUTION: The digital camera is provided with: a digital image imaging section 102 for photographing an image to obtain digital image data; an html file generating section 107 for generating a structured document to display the digital image data; and a WWW server 104 for transmitting the structured document in response to a request of a client, and the html file generating section 107 the structured document to display the digital image data photographed by the digital image imaging section 102 and the WWW server 104 transmits the generated structured document in response to a request from a PC 114 acting like the client.
