PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent use of a foldable mobile phone 2. SOLUTION: When a predetermined operation is performed to the foldable mobile phone 2 owned by an authorized user, an acquisition request of authorized key information is performed to a function limit releasing device 3 through a Bluetooth by the foldable mobile phone 2. Only when the authorized key information is acquired, the limit is released. Therefore, it is possible to make the authorized user use the mobile phone without requesting memorization of a secret number, and to prevent more reliably fraud by a third person in the case of loss and theft.
