PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rebuilding method for an existing building capable of using an existing floor as a floor in a new building without changing the supporting condition of the floor of the existing building. SOLUTION: Existing girders 11 and a part of beams are removed so as to be widened downward and new girders 20 positioned at the removed part 11a are built in under the existing floor 10, and a filler 22 is placed in the gap between a newly installed girder 220 and the existing floor 10 and the connection position between the existing girder 11 and small beam to support the existing girders 11 and small beams through the filler 22 by the newly installed girder 20. In this way, a rebuilding work of a basement floor 1 can be executed by using the existing floor 10 without changing the support condition of the existing floor 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
