PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method for a concrete structure for reinforcing the concrete structure in excellent workability by using one pack type epoxy resin compound. SOLUTION: A fiber sheet (D) is stuck to a concrete surface by using at least one treatment of a primer (A) containing a one pack type epoxy resin compound (X) containing epoxy resin (X1) and a ketimine-base compound (X2) having a radical expressed in the following formula (1), in which R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>show the same or different hydrocarbon radicals, and an uneven adjuster (B) including the one pack type epoxy resin compound (X), and a fiber sheet impregnation material (C) including the compound (X).
