PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a border structure on a free access floor, which copes with every border width by employing a single type of bridging panel and a single type of receiving panel. SOLUTION: The border structure on the free access floor is provided for adjusting and blocking a border portion formed by a standardized floor panel 1 borne by a bearing leg 5 and a wall of a building. The border structure consists of the receiving panel 4 arranged along the wall and the bridging panel 6 laid across a gap between a projection of the bearing leg projected from the floor panel and the receiving panel. According to the border structure, the width of the receiving panel is set to a value equal to a half of the width of the floor panel and a minimum overlap margin to the bridging panel, and the width of the bridging panel is set to a value equal to a half of the width of the floor panel, a margin of the projection of the bearing leg, and the minimum margin. Thus, the border portion is adjustable between a maximum adjusted width corresponding to a state in which the bridging panel overlaps the receiving panel by the minimum overlap margin, and a minimum adjusted width corresponding to a case in which the projection of the bearing leg abuts on the receiving panel.
