<p>Cpds. of formula: (where n is 2, 3 or 4; R is H, halogen, alkyl; R1 is H, alkyl; R2 is H, dialkylaminomethyl, piperidino, pyrrolidino, dialkylamino, piperidinomethyl, pyrrolidinomethyl, morpholinomethyl; R3 is one to three opt. alkyl, halogen, -OMe, CF3, a cyclic or acyclic t-amino gp.). The cpds. have antidepressant, anticonvulsant, analgesic and sedative activity, and are prepd. by reaction of the Na or K derivs. of 4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindoles with omega-halo-1-oxo-1-phenylalkanes.</p> |
