<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhaust the heat of a fixing means that generates the heat and to prevent delivered sheet adhesion due to temperature elevation. <P>SOLUTION: A copying machine 100 is provided with an image forming portion 115 for forming a toner image on a sheet, a fixing device 122 for applying the heat to the sheet where the toner image is formed by the image forming portion 115 to fix the toner image on the sheet, a delivery portion 125 on which the sheet where the toner image is fixed by the fixing device 122 is delivered and stacked, and heat exhausting fans 157 and 158 provided in the vicinity of the fixing device 122 and the delivery portion 125 for exhausting air in the surroundings of the fixing device 122 and the delivery portion 125 from the right side 101b of a main body 101.
