<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered substrate capable of reducing noise and securing a low pass loss equivalent to the case with employing one double-side substrate and to provide an LNB (Low Noise Block-down) converter. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered substrate includes a 4-layer substrate including pattern layers 1, 2, 3, 4 in a manner of having dielectric layers 5, 6, 7 inbetween. A part 4a overlapped at least on a root 1b of a projection 1a in a plane view in the pattern layer 4 provided with a ground pattern corresponding to a signal line of a microstrip line forms a surface layer of the other side opposed to the root and the other pattern layers 2, 3 are not interposed between the root and the part of the other side forming the surface layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
