PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness and external appearance of TPE-made members in machines, electric machines, household electric appliances, electronic equipments, etc., by providing them with a UV-curing coating or with a decorating UV-curing coating. SOLUTION: Key tops 1 made of a transparent hard resin, a key-surrounding shock-absorbing area (skirt) 3 made of a TPE material, and a base section 2 are fabricated in advance by two-color insert molding. Their surfaces are then coated with (1) a white-toned primer, by (2) a translucent silver metallic coating, and finally by (3) a special UV-curing coating.
