PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a winding connecting structure for connecting stator windings of a motor, a resolver, etc., to an outside lead wire, a connecting terminal, etc. SOLUTION: A winding connecting part 18 is constituted of a slit substrate 31 in which stator windings 13 are each wound on through holes 31a and slits 31b provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction; a direct connector 32 provided with connector pins 32a each inserted in the through holes 31a and electrically connected to the stator windings 13; an outside connector 33 insertable in the direct connector 32 and provided with connector pin insertion holes 33a each for detachable insertion of the connector pins 32a to electrically connect the connector pins 32a each to lead wires 33b; and a winding connecting part under cover and a top cover 34 and 35 for housing the slit substrate 31 and the direct connector 32 in a housing part formed by connecting end edge parts 34A and 35A, which are bent in the directions approaching each other.
