PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground-heat radiating pipe, by which an unevenness is not generated in a snow melting when the radiating pipe is used for the snow melting and a heating unevenness is not generated when the radiating pipe is used for a floor heating. SOLUTION: In the radiating pipe installed just under a road surface S, a floor face or the like for the snow melting, the floor heating or the like by dissipating underground heat collected by forwarding a heating medium into a heat exchanger 8 vertically buried in a ground, both an inlet 4 and an outlet 5 for the heating medium are formed at one end section, the half of the overall length of the heat exchanger is used as a proceeding section 2 while the residual half is used as a returning section 3, the proceeding section 2 and the returning section 3 are adjoined extensively over the overall length and a plurality of linear sections 6 and curved sections 7 are formed and constituted in a hairpin shape.
