PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which can yield a vulcanized rubber having a sufficient processability and an excellent balance among its compression set, mechanical strength, gasoline impermeability, etc., its preparation process, a rubber molded product and a fuel hose. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises 1-70 mass% crosslinked particle (A) containing a monomer unit comprising an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer, a conjugated diene monomer, etc., and 30-99 mass% non- crosslinked polymer (B) containing a monomer unit comprising an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer and a conjugated diene monomer [provided that (A)+(B)=100 mass%]. The preparation process comprises successive steps wherein component (A) and component (B) are mixed in states of latexes, the mixed latexes are solidified into a solid matter, and a rubber raw material containing the solid matter is kneaded.
