<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray sensor signal processing circuit and an X-ray sensor signal processing method for finding an accurate value proportional to the average number of photons in X rays even if the number of incoming photons is small by simplifying the hardware construction of the X-ray sensor signal processing circuit and removing a dark current generated in the X-ray sensor. <P>SOLUTION: This X-ray sensor signal processing circuit for processing output signals of the X-ray sensor used for detecting pulsed X rays launched from an accelerator and transmitted by a tested body, is equipped with a first resistor one end of which is connected to the X-ray sensor and the other end of which is grounded, a first capacitor one end of which is connected to a point where the X-ray sensor is connected to the first resistor, an OP amplifier whose inverting input is connected to the other end of the first capacitor, and a second resistor and a second capacitor connected in parallel to the OP amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
