<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple control system capable of enabling a service provider to realize development and introduction of service the provider primarily wants to provide, in a short time and at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a first means, a second means and a third means. The first means receives and manages a provider ID assigned to each service provider, a user ID assigned to each user of the service, an IP address of a client terminal the user uses, and a group ID assigned to a group of the users, which are transmitted from a server. The second means performs an instruction for connecting between the client terminal an multipoint control unit to the call agent and an instruction of disconnection of the client terminal from the multipoint control unit by group ID units received from the server.
