PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio terminal capable of ensuring constantly radio communication with high quality for a system in which a plurality of antennas and Bluetooth modules are provided with a on-vehicle radio terminal. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle radio communication terminal is provided with the plurality of antennas and Bluetooth modules connected to the plurality of the antennas respectively. The communication terminal identifies driver terminals provided to be used by vehicle drivers, when synchronization within a Piconet is established between the driver terminals and Bluetooth modules, the synchronization within the Piconet is established between other radio terminals and other Bluetooth terminals.
