PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing oxide superconductive wire capable of uniformly applying raw material solution for oxide superconductive film on a long base material in manufacturing oxide superconductive wire by MOD method. SOLUTION: A raw material solution 10 for oxide superconductive body having metal organic compound dissolved in a solvent is atomized and sprayed on the long base material 9. The process of spraying the raw material solution 10 for the oxide superconductive film on the long base material is performed by a spray 6 connected to a reservoir 4 reserving the raw material solution 10.
