PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption by transmitting it to a parent station when a child station sensing the occurrence of abnormality in a monitor site in a disaster prevention radio system having the child station with a monitor camera. SOLUTION: The child station is provided with an image processing part or a sensor sensing the occurrence of the abnormality in the monitor site. The image of the monitor camera is not transmitted by the user operation from the parent station nor by periodically transmitting a demand signal to the child station but, when the image processing part or the sensor senses the occurrence of the abnormality, the child station itself takes it by the monitor camera and notifies it to the parent station monitor by transmitting the image data.
