It is mounted on the lower end of a hopper, carried by a helicopter with a facility for being remote-controlled by the pilot in two ducts, independent from each other, and manually by the crew in the cargo cabin, and in addition small electric power energy is applied from the board sources of the helicopter. It is of a reliable and simplified design, offering the facility of keeping the hatch in closed position only by the air pressure in the closing strips of the power cylinders. The fast operation is improved, determined by the compressed air, used for the operation of the valves, with a facility for discontinuing the release of the liquid or powder composition, as well as first adjustment of the released discharge. The device is vertically positioned, due to which its effect on the navigational characteristics of the helicopter is brought down to a minimum. The device includes a closing hatch, fabricated as an actuation mechanism (5), device for its control, made in the form of a cylinder for compressed air (3), and a control unit (4). Cylinder (3) comprises a steel air cylinder (6) connected by a pipeline (7) and reducers (8), connected by pipeline (9) with a pressure gauge (10) and to a solenoid valve (11) solenoid valve for emergency release (12) and a distribution valve (13) in the control unit (4). Valve (11) is connected, by a pipeline (14), to a control cylinder for release (15) and power cylinders (16) of the actuation mechanism (5), and electrically it is connected to a control button (25) to an electric power source (24) Valve (12), by means of a pipeline (17) is connected to a control cylinder with lock (18), and electrically it is coupled to a control button (26) to the source of supply (24). The control cylinder for emergency release with a lock (18), the control cylinder (15) and the distribution valve (13) are mounted on a common base (19), their mobile stems being pivotally connected to a common arm (20). Reversible spring (21) is mounted on the stem of the distribution valve (13), which, by means of pipeline (22) is connected to power cylinders (16) of the actuation mechanism (5), which also includes actuation modules (28), mounted on base (29) having the shape of a rectangular frame, on two of the opposite sides on which two parallels (30) each are mounted. At the ends of base (29) flaps (23) are pivotally connected, and the actuation modules (28) have a mobile rectangular frame (31), fitted with a facility of sliding along the parallels (30). To the lower end of rectangular frame (31) valves (23) are connected by means of pivotally adjustable tie-rods (32), and the upper end of frame (31) is fixed to the mobile rod of the power cylinder (16), which is fixed to the two parallels (30) of base (29) by a connection plate (33). 3 claims, 4 figures
