PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for a delivery scheduled data at the present time to the orderer (user) of a product with a reliability according to the production progress.

SOLUTION: A production process in which the product is located at the present time is judged by a production process judgment means 1, and any one of certainties A-F is judged in conformation to the judged position concerned of the production process by a certainty judgement means 4. The delivery scheduled date of the product at the present time is determined based on each scheduled time. Delivery scheduled data information with the certainty (certainties A-F) attached to the delivery scheduled date is generated and sent to a user in response to the inquiry from the user.
