PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transcription of an organic material to a substrate. SOLUTION: It is a method of transferring the organic material onto the substrate from a donor, in order to form the layer of the organic material on one or two or more organic light-emitting diode devices. A first fixture and a second fixture are adjusted in a low pressure environment, the substrate and the donor are positioned in the inside of a chamber divided by the adjusted first fixture and second fixture, and pressure that is impressed on a donor's non-transferring surface is raised to secure the position of the donor to the substrate. After a production process (b), a component installed in the first fixture is transferred from a closed position to an open position in which radiation are made to penetrate to the donor's non-transferring surface so that the organic material may be transferred from the donor to the substrate by generating of heat, and in order to make the organic material transfer to the substrate, the donor is irradiated with a radiation through the opened radiation acceptance position.
