PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a vibration prevention tool body from a pipe when disposing the pipe even though having a simple structure with a small number of part items and being able to flexibly apply to pipes various kinds of shapes and sizes. SOLUTION: The vibration prevention tool body 10 formed of an elastic material with high specific gravity or one in which a material with high specific gravity is buried is formed into a cylindrical shape having a radially penetrating continuously spiral cutout 12. The vibration prevention tool body 10 is wound/ fixed around the outer surface of the pipe 11 by its own elasticity. The vibration prevention tool body 10 can easily be removed from the pipe 11 by increasing a diameter from the end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
