PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel having excellent sharpness and no brightness irregularities. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the radiological image conversion panel formed by providing an undercoat layer on a support and a phosphor layer thereon, after providing the undercoat layer, an inserting paper having a peel force of 2-70 g/cm is provided, and after providing the inserting paper and before providing the phosphor layer, the inserting paper is exfoliated at an exfoliation angle of 15-150°.
