PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device combining an absorption-system and a compression-system capable of providing the refrigerating performance of a compression refrigerator even only by the absorption system, and exerting the absorption refrigerating effect even when a compressor is operated. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating device wherein an absorption refrigerator with an evaporator E, and a compression refrigerator with a compressor Mc, a first condenser Cc1 cooled by the outside air or the cold water, a second condenser Cc2 connected to the evaporator E of the absorption refrigerator on the basis of heat exchanging relationship, and an evaporator Ec exerting the refrigerating effect, are combined, the Cc1 is connected to a discharge side of Mc, the Cc2 is connected to a suction side of the Mc, the refrigerating device can connect an over-cooling device Sc behind the Cc1 along the flow of the refrigerant of the compression refrigerator, further the Cc1 is connected behind the Mc in series, and the Mc and the Cc2 can be connected in parallel to the evaporator Ec of the compression refrigerator.
