摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the attraction force of a permanent magnet in a thrust composite bearing of a static pressure gas bearing spindle device, and to improve the axial rigidity and load capacity of a static pressure gas thrust bearing. SOLUTION: In the thrust composite bearing 4 of the static pressure gas bearing spindle device, a magnetic circuit is composed of the permanent magnet 15, a magnetic circuit member 17 joined to the permanent magnet 15, a bearing clearance, and a rotary side thrust bearing surface on the end surface of a main shaft 1. The attraction force generated in the thrust composite bearing 4 is increased by efficiently using magnetic flux coming out of the permanent magnet 5 by effectively reducing the leak of magnetic flux between the permanent magnet 15 and the end surface of the main shaft 1.
