PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a parked vehicle of which the vehicle body is hardly damaged even when the vehicle body collides therewith and the locking device itself is hardly damaged. SOLUTION: The locking part 3 rotating integrally with a rotary shaft 23 of a driving part 4 is constituted of a coil spring 11 bent at right angles to the axial direction of the rotary shaft 23. In this way, the bottom of the vehicle bottom collides with the coil spring 11 and the coil spring is deformed to release an impact force when the vehicle unfairly leaves the parking space, and hence, a force acting on both the vehicle and the locking device 1 is relieved and the damage is reduced.
