<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling the sharing of service information or schedule management between insurance transactors and between an insurance transactor and a supervisor in a damage insurance service to grasp the progress of the service. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a transactor terminal 20 having an insurance data input means 21 for inputting insurance service data 100 related to insurance contracts and transmitting them to a management server 10 and an activity report input means 22 for inputting an activity report 120 every insurance service data 100 as needed and transmitting it to the management server 10; a manager terminal 30 having a comment input means 31 for inputting a comment 121 to the activity report 120 and transmitting it to the management server 10; an insurance data storage means 110 for storing the insurance service data 100; and an insurance service history storage means 130 for storing activity report history 122 with the comment 121 inputted in the manager terminal 30 in conformation to the activity report 120 matched thereto every insurance service data 100.
