PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable refrigerating air conditioner reducing the leakage of refrigerant in the refrigerating air conditioner using combustible refrigerant giving extremely little harmful effects on the global environment. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle is formed by connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a first capillary 3, and an evaporator 4 in order by a refrigerant pipe passing the combustible refrigerant as the refrigerant. The cycle has no residual refrigerant storage vessel in the pipe from an outlet of the evaporator 4 to an inlet of the compressor 1 and comprises the single pipe with no welding part.
