PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cushion rubber excellent in mounting workability and difficult to fall away. SOLUTION: The cushion rubber is provided with a body 11 having its tip contacting with the peripheral edge of a door opening part upon the closure of the door; a fit-in shaft 12 fitted in a mounting hole 41 formed in a panel 4 of which the door is composed; and a lock part 13 inserted in the mounting hole 41 and nipping the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 41 in cooperation with the body 11. A guide piece 14 is pushed over a lock part 13 in a state that the central axis of the cushion rubber 1 provided with a guide piece 14 to guide the insertion of the lock part 13 in the mounting hole 41 is inclined relative to the central axis of the mounting hole 41.
