PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated fabric body having improved bonding stage and an improved design at a welded part of the laminated fabric body, and to provide a method for producing the fabric body. SOLUTION: The laminated fabric body 1 comprising at least two layers of a cotton material 3 and a cover 2 is obtained by welding the layers by frictional heat caused by vibration energy by ultrasound to each other at proper positions, and welding and attaching a separating material 5 at the same time as the welding to the upper surface of the welded part. The method for producing the laminated fabric body 1 comprises accumulating at least the cotton material 3, the cover 2 and the separating film 10 in order, generating the vibration energy by the ultrasound by pressing the upper and lower surfaces at proper positions by pins 6 to weld and attach them by the frictional heat caused by the vibration energy.
