PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap capable of simply and surely carrying out connection work between a horizontal drain pipe and the drain trap and absorbing the displacement of the horizontal drain pipe to prevent the separation and damage even in case of an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: In the drain trap having an outlet connecting the horizontal drain pipe 5 to a side wall of a trap body 11 to which a drain hose 4 of a washing machine is connected, a circular groove 161 is made in the inner circumferential surface on an opening side of the outlet 16, at the same time, a seal packing 162 is put on the circular groove 161, and the drain horizontal pipe 5 and the horizontal drain pipe 5 inserted in the outlet 16 is connected through the seal packing 162 in an expansible and bendable manner.
