<p>A device for hitch feeding of strip material clamped to exchange pallet is solving the problem of feeding a soft, pliable and elastic material (1), where precise repeatable feed length is required. A clamping unit (19) comprising a slide (6) with a console (7) and on the latter a push cylinder (10) with a catch (12) and a push cylinder (9) with a clamping plate (13) is pushed in the entering position (A) by means of a push cylinder (8). By the action of the push cylinder (10) on the catch (12), the latter is inserted into a round opening (14) of a pallet (3) connecting in this manner the clamping unit (19) to the pallet (3), followed by clamping of material (1) through the action of the push cylinder (9) with the clamping plate (13). By the action of a push cylinder (11) on the pallet (3) with the clamped material (1) in the entering position (A), feeding of the material (1) for the hitch (T) is carried out. Working of the material (1) is carried out in the position (B), then follows the lifting of the clamping plate (13) and the catch (12) by means of the push cylinders (9, 10). The push cylinder (8) returns the clamping unit (19) to the entering position (A) along a linear guide (5). In the position (C) the worked material (2) is removed from the pallet (3) and the empty pallet (3) returns to the emptied entering position (A) after which the procedure is repeated.</p> |
