<p>By organized collecting, sorting procedure, grinding and thermal treatment of food rests according to a procedure carried out in facilities, unobjectionable application for nutrition of pigs is attained. In a separate closed room (A) where food rests are poured out of containers for transport use (1), liquid and fine food rests fall into a collection vessel (3) while waste piece rests remaining on a movable mesh partition (4) are sorted manually and bigger pieces of food rests ground in a crushing mill (5). Then they fall into the collection vessel (3) from which they are transported by means of a screw conveyor (6) into a closed boiler (7) located in a separate room (B) where thermal treatment with heating to the temperature of 90 degrees Celsius is carried out and maintained at it for 60 minutes. After the end of thermal treatment, hot food rests are transported by means of a double serially connected screw conveyor (10, 11) into a closed cooling vessel (12) located in a separate room (C), from which the cooled down food rests are filled into containers for transport use (14) which are supplied for the nutrition of pigs.</p> |
