<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which continuously cuts and removes obstacle such as neoprene and lead sheathing swelling and blocking in an underground long duct line which makes it difficult to draw an aging cable, thus facilitating the drawing of the aging cable. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a rotating nozzle 10 which includes forward-directed and obliquely forward-directed nozzles 14c, 12f1, 12f2, 12f3, and which is capable of propulsion between an inner-periphery wall of the underground duct line 30 and an outer surface of the aging cable 32 secured enough to cause difficult drawing in the duct line; a guide pipe 16 which supports the nozzle and supplies water jetting; and a vacuum hose 18 which is positioned accompanying the guide pipe, and sucks and removes the obstacle 34 such as neoprene rubber cut and swelled by the rotating nozzle and water flowing back. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
