<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently progress an event, program, seminar or the like anywhere while grasping the reaction of participants by immediately selecting a proper menu or program according to the state of the participants. <P>SOLUTION: Both participants and a chairman or lecturer use portable information terminal equipment to make questions and answers through the portable information terminal equipment, whereby the sense of identity can be elevated. By using a large-size display set in a street or open space, the event or the like can be easily held anywhere. Since the portable terminal equipment has an address, individual authentication can be surely performed, and various events can be executed while grasping the individual reaction and degree of understanding of the participants.
