<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank device with expanded irradiation region without raising water temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This water tank device is provided with a rectangular water tank 10 equipped with one bottom face 101 and four wall surfaces 102. The device is provided with a holding post 4 erected along the corner parts of a pair of the wall surfaces 102 adjacent to each other.
