PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of mortar slurry or the like, and to protect products by preventing the generation of rust while improving appearance by covering the irregularities of the place of the erection of concrete in a joint section for forms for concrete. SOLUTION: When a form material 12 borne by a form bearing mechanism is provided transversely by abutting mutual side edges with an upper-section flange 11a in a main girder for a bridge, concrete is placed on the upper-section flange 11a and the form material 12 and a bridge floor slab (a concrete structure) B is built, elastic beads 20 are installed at a corner 21 at the top end of the upper-section flange 11a while the form material 12 is pushed against the elastic beads 20 and the joint section S between the upper-section flange 11a and the form material 12 is sealed.
