PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing process and assures lower manufacturing cost, even if a laminated-layer plate is formed by laminating the predetermined number of resin-impregnated sheets, depending on the thickness of the board in the prior art with the dispersion of the PTFE resin impregnated to a glass cloth and the drying and burning processings being repeated several times after the impregnation process. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the basic material sheet for printed wiring board, a paper-type material substance, which is formed mainly of fluorine resin fibers and a copper foil are laminated sequentially and repeatedly at least on one surface of the glass cloth.
