PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize data even when transmission/reception of a large capacity of data is available. SOLUTION: The map display device 1 with a communication function is provided with a download means 2 for downloading a program related to place information and data to be used for the program from an information service center 18 and an execution means 2 for executing the downloaded program.
