PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless hearing aid that has more high performance and is less expensive than the conventional one. SOLUTION: In sounds of a microphone 1, sound quality and volume are adjusted manually to the preference of a user by a signal processor 2 with noise suppressed in the system diagram of Figure 1. When the user goes out, a transmitter 4 emits an output of the signal processor by radio, and a receiver 8 in an earhole rings an earphone. When the user is at home, a headphone is inserted into a plug 4, making a sound signal to be received by the headphone, and the power of the transmitter is turned off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
