PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize various scene imaging with a video camera. SOLUTION: A first imaging means and a second imaging means image two scenes simultaneously. At least the second imaging means performs pan tilting. According to specific operation, the imaging direction of the second imaging means is made to be coincident with that of the first imaging means.
