PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet facsimile in which a user can easily make a decision whether a received e-mail is a transferred or addressed to its own apparatus. SOLUTION: The Internet facsimile 1 has a function for transferring an e-mail received from an e-mail server 3 to a destination decided by information for designating a receiver being transmitted along with the e-mail and, at a moment in time of receiving the information for designating the receiver, information indicative of whether the received e-mail is addressed to its own apparatus or transferred is informed to the display section 17a.
